What is your question?
Also had the seal on transmission pan replaced. With 52000 miles now I need to replace hoses, belts, have tuneup, etc. to keep truck in good order. Should I worry about these seals having to be replaced again or should I consider replacing with a newer model truck?

Replaced fuel filter around 25000 miles. Have changed coolant twice with a flush of the raditor each time. That's it. Rotate and balanced tires every 5000 miles.
IF the seal was OEM part (or at least premium quality aftermarket) AND you do regular oil changes (3-4K miles max) , then no , I would hope it wouldn't need changed again( assuming it was properly installed). The other stuff you list sounds like normal maintenance if it's really needed. Use factory parts for the longest lasting replacement interval. Next best IN MY OPINION would be NAPA or equivalent PREMIUM line of parts.
