My Ranger is a 4.0 V6 and my thermostat housing looks like it is leaking. Is it good to go ahead and replace the thermostat and the sensors while I replace the housing?

if it looks like it's leaking,then it probably is,most likely plastic.put you a motorcraft 192 degree thermostat and o"ring in it,and whatever sensors you need to replace,along with the housing/gasket.may be a revised housing for your truck,Part Number: 815673.either way,careful when tightening the bolts,it's PLASTIC,and AROUND $80.00...Housing, Water Outlet, Thermostat, Bolts, Plug, and O-Rings included!!
