I just replaced plugs and wires on my 2002 Ford ranger. Ran great. Sprayed the engine the other day and now my vehicle shakes and has a low idle rpm. And ideas?

2002 Ford ranger xlt 3.0l V6 flex fuel. Always ran a little rough. Just replaced plugs and wires. It ran like a champ. Washed the motor yesterday and now in idles very rough in park and still pretty rough at higher speeds. Any ideas?
