What is your question?
i bought 01 ford ranger and the blower motor would run and stop then finally quit all together i changed the blower motor, the resistor, and finally the relay. the relay fixed the problem but 3 days later it started again. i checked the relay and it was burnt and discolored i have since replaced it 5 times. i did find that if you run the fan at a lower speed the relay will last longer but still burns up. what could be causing this?

Closely inspect ALL related wiring connections AND connectors for ANY of overheating - melted plastic or blackened terminals - high resistance products heat - heat kills electronic components. This includes the relay terminal sockets. Difficult to assist here online - *hands-on* testing / evaluation is the key! Good lick!
That's supposed to be GOOD LUCK!
