Rear brake lights and rear turn signals not working,

What is your question?

I replaced the flasher, not the issue, checked fuses, all seem good. Tail lights come on when headlamps are on, but not the brake lights when brake pedal is pressed. Front signals come on when needed, back signals do not.

How long has your 2000 Ford Ranger had this problem?
