Rear brake lights and rear turn signals not working,

Quite possible BOTH bulbs have failed - same element inside the bulbs for turn signal AND brake lights..

Agree with Pushrod. You have dual filament bulbs for tail lights. The burned out filaments are likely the one that illuminates the brake light and also the signals! Make sure also you are not using some kind of knock off "LED" light bulbs. Not a good idea.
