Why does my starter run when my key is off i replaced the starter and the ignition switch and it is still doing the same thing what could be causing this

this just started yesterday and i just replaced the starter and the ignition switch but it is still doing the same thing. the starter is running while the key is off. the motor is a 3.0 v6.
