I have a 1999 Ford Ranger 3.0 automatic I was driving along turned off the cruise and vehicle shut down checked the power to all starter components everything's fine starter engages fuel pump comes on engine won't move pulled plugs out can't move crank with breaker bar don't want to push to hard on breaker bar should have moved with the amount of pressure any ideas?
What makes this problem better or worse?

Evidently the engine has seized - got any oil in crankcase? Are you sure you’ve posted all of the details?
If you cannot turn the crankshaft with a breaker bar, then something has most certainly failed internally. There is no easy or quick or cheap solution here. I'm surprised you wouldn't have noticed any loss of power or noise when the stall occurred? Did you remove the drive belt just to eliminate engine accessories from the resistance to turning the engine?
