Trouble shifting gears from a stand still, clutch has been bled by mechanic what can i do?

I had the clutch replaced, main seal replaced, master cylinder and slave cylinder replaced. After I had those replaced I lost pressure on the pedal and couldn't shift gears anymore. Mechanic told me I needed to change the clutch pedal (brake and clutch pedals together). As of right now I'm driving it but when I do a complete stop I have a hard time shifting to any gear when the light turns green. Once I get it in gear I'm ok to shift as long as I'm in motion i can shift. Can you help?
