ac not cooling

What is your question?

I have added coolant and still doesn't cool. I replaced the blend door a few months ago. The compressor clutch kicks on and off normally. I have tested the low side and it shows 'fully charged' at 45 psi. There is air coming from the vents. I haven't noticed the accumulator getting cold or any condensation forming. I have also added a leak detector and haven't found any leaks.
