I have a problem with the clutch, you can hear squeakin when you step on clutch.

when I step on the clutch, the pedal is soft and I can fell a rumbling if I step on the clutch and hold it down. when I stop the truck doesn't want to go in first gear, and sometimes I put it in first gear and the truck tries to lurch forward, with the clutch pressed down. I think that the pressure plate and maybe the release bearing need to be replaced, but was looking for second opinion. Any help is appreciated.
