The pickup starts up but after about 15 minutes it starts surging.

It shuts off when it starts sutging but it starts right up and it is still surging. You can drive it up the road a couple of times and when it starts surging it shuts off but it starts right up. It feels like the more gas you give it starts acting up. The fuel pump,fuel filter, plugs, wires, and mass air flow meter have been replaced.
