What is your question?
Recently (2 wks ago) had a new clutch put in my 1994 Ford Ranger XLT 2.3L 5-speed manual transmission. When pulling out of my driveway yesterday my wife noticed that I had no brake lights or directional signals. With the vehicle running and the manual transmission in neutral, I depressed the brakes and viewed the brake lights coming on. I also check the rear turn signals also while the vehicle was running and the manual transmission in neutral and they both worked. When braking IN GEAR or using the turn signal, neither worked. All tail lights have power and all tail light bulbs are lite and functioning. I only lose the brake lights and turn signals when actually having the vehicle in gear and driving it. Is there some other switch that is integrated into the brake light/directional signal that must be functioning when the vehicle is in gear? Can this be related to the clutch replacement?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Lose of brake lights and directional signals only occurs while actually driving the vehicle (in gear)
How long has your 1994 Ford Ranger had this problem?
Maybe three weeks

Highly recommend *hands-on* testing by qualified personnel.. I can't possibly think of a relationship between the transmission being in gear and no brake lights or turn signals.. With *parking brake on* turn key on and shift transmission into say first gear - personally test the lights operation - will need helper to depress brake pedal..
IF a problem does indeed exists and IF vehicle is wired for trailer towing - that’s the first place to start troubleshooting..
Wiggle testing wiring at rear of vehicle ‘while’ signal light is on may be helpful.
