Can you run the truck without a termastat

What is your question?

Everything works but can't get hot air I flushed the heater core and it's clear now I'm to the termastat but I just wanted to know if I could run the truck without the termastat and get heat until I can get a new termastat

NO thermostat = NO heat!

Opening and closing of the thermostat is what generates heat in the engine cooling system AND the heater - without the t-stat the coolant if free flowing through the radiator where is gets cooled constantly. You dig?
