they may seem to be good,but a least one or more probably not.check the smaller hard plastic lines near the fire wall around the passenger side.start the engine,turn a/c on high,listen for HISSING SOUNDS.you may have to run your hands around them to find the leak,could be a pin hole.you also have a ported vacuum switch with one electrical 2 wire connection and 3 small vacuum lines coming out of it.
ok.lots of folks have trouble with the a/c and heat only blowing out of the defroster,and that is very common on vehicles.when a vacuum leak happens MOST of the time,the blower motor will default to the defrost mode,and only blow air out towards windshield,and not front vents or floor.post findings.
you said you put the 134a adapters on the compressor.did you change it over to 134a and put 134a freon in it,without pulling vacuum on the compressor,and getting the r12 out?

Could it be my compressor it is still r 12 and I put on the apdotors for r134a
if it's still blowing good cold air,probably not!
It warms up when sitting on idle when I start to drive it it blows cold air we've check all bland doors and vaccums
