Hello, You probably have a vacuum leak. First thing I would do is smoke test or start clamping one line at a time to see if the idle drops. You can also you a spray bottle of water all over the engine to see if it bogs down when you spray one spot.
Cleaning the IAC valve rarely helps - replacement will be required. Some automobile repair skills will also be required. IF you aren’t familiar with auto repair - seek *hands-on* help from qualified personnel - an out of range throttle position sensor (TPS) can cause (IAC) valve to malfunction.
