have it diag at aamco for free the post. you may have something assm wrong. the valve body could lost a ball or one is stuck or many other issues. did you repl valve body gasket?
There are o-rings and small balls that can come out of place very easily when removing the valve body. My guess is one fell out or is out of place.
i took it down to orielys and they diagnosed it the found 89 which is A4LD - Converter Clutch Override solenoid - Transmissions, AXOD Torque Converter Control solenoid circuit -, Transmissions Exhaust Heat Control (heat riser) solenoid circuit - Solenoids and 86 is 2.3L or 2.9L Truck - A4LD 3/4 shift solenoid - Transmissions now im pretty sure none of the balls or springs moved but maybe im wrong we had just changed the shifting sleinoid and all the wires show voltage and yes we replaced valve body gasket the other question is what is the the circular thing next to the valve body it shot out when we took the valve body off it has a spring and a shaft?
