Why is 2017 Mustang gt blowing hot air?

What is your question?

2 yrs ago i took it in because it was blowing hot air, was told it was evaporator core. It was winter so i didn’t have it fixed right away, in meantime it started back own it’s own blowing cold air?? With this being said, I’m thinking it shouldn’t be evaporator core because once they blow hot air unless you put more freon in that isn’t gonna happen!
