My heater only comes out of one vent the other two blows cold air

Hello, first, are you still under your Ford factory warranty period? It would be first advisable to seek help at your local dealership for warranty service if it applies! Second -- the concern sounds like your dual zone climate control could be set wrong -- if you are unfamiliar on this functionality, consult your owners guide. Third -- if it is set appropriately to full heat on both sides, and one side is cold, you could have a control issue in the plenum somewhere. This will take troubleshooting to determine what is causing the problem...refer to my first suggestion about dealership intervention if under warranty!
