car jumts and jerks after install of throttle body and cold air intake

What is your question?

installed gt 350 87mm throttle body and C&L cold air intake. used REVX programmer to install Bama custom tune. Car jerks at 3000 RPMs and when it jerks hard it throws an engine code and Orange wrench light comes on. Have to pull over and restart car. car was better before upgrades. Now im afraid to step into it and cause car to jerk and not perform right.
