Drove in heavy rain/flooded low spots. Next day squealing sound, from under car?

remove the main drive belt,start the engine for a minute or so,still hear it?if you don't hear it,then turn the engine off,then while you still have the belt off,turn all pulleys by hand,see if one of them is hard to turn,if not,then put that belt back on..do the A/C belt the same way,hear it now? .
