What does it mean when the money wrench light comes on?

What is your question?

When this happened, the car lost power as if it wasn't getting any gas and I had to stop and restart the car. Then the light turned off.

Usually involves the throttle by wire system .. Throttle body or accelerator pedal position sensor/circuit malfunction .. Intermittent problems are common .. Scan test is required!
