Replaced throttle body w new one. Throttle light still comes on. Rpms limited. Says forced idle but brand new unit.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Trying to accelerate over 55 mph

Which engine is equipped with your Mustang? If you have a warning light, a diagnostic test must be performed to find out what has failed. If it was related to the electronic throttle body, then once replaced, the trouble codes must be cleared, and the system retested for proper operation. There is no further required actions other than replacement of the part to replace the throttle body successfully. If testing yields continued concerns, further troubleshooting is required to find out why you are experiencing the warning light and limited performance.

It's a 4.0 L V6. And once tested it said pedal sensor as well but today after new throttle body put in that code didn't show up again. Only codes r P2104 and P2111 still displaying.
