What is your question?
Motor was just warmed up enough, redline it through the 3 gears, up until 4th,I heard clunky noise then tons of smoke came under the hood and exhaust. Engine oil totally leaked out, no mark on the dip stick. The smoke smells like burning clutch. Car can only start up for 3 seconds then dies out. A blown engine?
Took the car to a Ford dealer ,and they told me 2 fist size holes on each sides of engine. Well the vortec v3 supercharger created too much boost I guess even just10psi. But still, got it from a used car dealer, within one month this happened, they simply don't know anything about their cars listed for sale, all they did is clean the car, they don't have a service shop I believe. And it marked sold AS IS, this mean it's better off or same as buying private owner. I will never buy a car from a dealer doesn't have a service shop , that's why it didnt have 90 days warranty. Do you think the dealer will do anything to fix it, chip in money to fix it. A used 05 Mustang v8 cost 1400 with 56k miles, and labor cost below 1500, or 1000 for engine swap. Can i sue them. Or my life is ruined, I'm broke already. Also any car sold has implied warranties, which mean things you sell won't have major problems like a blown engine within 1 month, or wheels came off while driving, or door fell off, anything unexpected that caused big problem. It's a common sense warranty, it's not like battery just died, it's easy fix, or head light broke. Do I still have any luck? Maybe ensurence helps me?
