Look at all rotating pulleys as a helper cranks cold engine - see any that’s not rotating? Do not know your skill level - seek *hands-on* assistance from qualifying personnel as needed.

Turn each pulley by hand if no belt is present... Pulleys should rotate easily and smoothly. Good luck!
