2.8v6 changing flywheel how do i tell if engine internal or externally balanced

There is no 2.3L or 2.8L option for this 2000 Mustang! Have the flywheel resurfaced and reuse it...!!! If you are thinking about using some kind of racing application,, forget that and use what you have or buy a stock flywheel,, if it MUST be replaced!!! There is only one listing for a stock flywheel, btw...
