Where is the rule pump relay on my 95 mustang Cobua

Well it’s good you know where the inertia switch is - that where the fuel pump circuit is supposed to be tested.

When key is cycled to the on position - should have battery voltage on BOTH wires.

IF there is battery voltage present - replace the fuel pump!
