When key is on & A/C switch is on cycling switch at accumulator has power & it has a new switch.Even with a jumper it still has no power at compressor is there a relay or fuseable link somewhere.Has been charged with freonIf you put power to compressor it will run...Every thing is brand new & changed over to 134...
