Car has been parked for 10 days and now cannot get into car with remote. What do I do? Does this mean the battery is dead?

Yes, I was assuming that the car owner knows how to unlock the car with their key and was asking what could be wrong with the remote entry issue. But, maybe you are correct that they do not know how to use the key to unlock it. Either way, they have both answers now. :)
