Car has been sitting in driveway for 10 days. Went to start it up with my remote and cannot get into the car at all, with neither remote. What does this mean? What do I do?

There IS a key hidden inside the remote key fob .. Use the video link below to see how to get the door unlocked by using that key - and removing the lock cover at the drivers door handle: https://youtu.be/lnpUHhPFXuU Information is also in the owners manual.
Yes, I was assuming that the car owner knows how to unlock the car with their key and was asking what could be wrong with the remote entry issue. But, maybe you are correct that they do not know how to use the key to unlock it. Either way, they have both answers now. :)
