Solenoid b stuck on gear ratio 2 and 4 are off

2007 ford fusion it shifts to second but won't shift after that it gets high rpm, computer says solenoid b stuck on and gear ratio 2 and 4 are off is there any way of turning solenoid b off when it says it was stuck on
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing really just won't shift

There is no diy flip switch / push button fix here.. You’ll need *hands-on* assistance from qualified personnel. Scan test with test drive using pro quality scanner in the hands of experienced technician. Good luck!
