Water in my intake agter replacing coils

Water in your intake -- detected physically where? How did you look inside your intake manifold? Or are you speaking of your air box and air tube? Help me understand more about what you are noticing and I'll try to help.

IF you mean found water droplets on the spark plug boots after removing coils - that is fairly common. Need more details for further help.
