SEL.. Are the fog/driving lamps dummy lights? As I said in last question I bought it used. Had an '03 Windstar before that and it's lights worked when the headlights were on. I cannot tell if there are bulbs in there or not. Can't be easily reached from beneath and because it's been hot here, haven't made the husband get under there. I see nothing in the owners manual about them.

I don't see fog lights listed for that vehicle , Are you sure they are not parking lights?
If you look at this picture here.. http://tinyurl.com/yf6ccaw it's the white lights under the bumper in front. I went out and messed with mine. They come on when I turn the blinker on, they don't flash like the blinker, they're just solid white and only one while the blink is.. Just doesn't seem right to me.
Those are cornering lights. They come on when it's dark outside and you are using a turn signal. This is as designed.
