I pulled out the pcm relay while the car was running and it shut off

Was the relay reinstalled properly and into it's proper place?.. Feel/hear relay click when helper cycles key from off to on? Check engine light still turn on when key is turned on?? Yeah, why did you feel the need to pull out a relay with engine on?.. If it was to kill the engine .. It worked!
