Contact Ford dealer with vehicle identification number for any and all recall information. This issue is typically the result of unintentional accelerator pedal depression. Strongly recommend removal of any items within the drivers floorboard - including the floor mat. Good luck - drive safely.

Additionally - inappropriate footwear for vehicle operations can contribute directly to unintended acceleration.
