At times my sound system goes out, including blue tooth. Radio on but no sound.

What is your question?

It has done this twice in the last 4 months. The screen shows as normal, i.e. radio station, or information on the CD playing, or that I am getting a phone call, however there is no sound. After cutting my car off, and re-starting, everything works as normal.
