Have a 2013 Ford Focus and they replaced the TCM and now dealer says problems with both Clutch Assembly needs to be replaced. When driving over 70-80 mph the auto shakes is was Technician says.

Unfortunately we can’t offer any assistance as this requires *hands-on* evaluation. IF there is suspicion the present technician is mistaken - you always have the option of having another auto repair facility check the vehicle out.
There is an active recall for focus clutches. The dealership you went to should have known this as a TCM replacement is not needed for most shudders and shakes with focuses. Cant say for sure with out looking, but 9 times out of 10 its the clutch. A TCM reprogram, not replacement, is also necessary when replacing the clutch.
