The mechanic said I need to buy a new TCM bcoz of the error code p0700,how true?

With the limited info you have I cannot say one way or the other. It appears some of those codes do relate to a electronic transmission controls faults but without deeper diagnosis no way to tell. A tech needs to do more than pull codes to compleat a diagnosis.
