I have a 2006 ford focus zx4 manual 2.0 and serpentine belt came off

Serpentine belt came off down the freeway steering kinda was getting solid / little moving do I need to replace that or did it just come loose and fall to ground? Would it be my tensioner pulley bad as well? Those things and one more thing is I have now some sort of leak coming under car since the belt came off like it did

What makes this problem better or worse?

Keeping the car running made battery & check engine light come on
