Cant figure out why my car wont start 16v zetec 2.0 L

I replaced the starter and the starter relay but when i try to start it it only makes a clicking sound and when i have the key to turned to the run position I hear a popping sound and I first a lot of light Electronics wouldn't work sounded like it was trying to sync after the hazard light beat a few times I got some of them to start working like I would turn on the headlight and it would start beeping again and after a series of beeps it stop beeping and the headlights would work and I did that with the blinkers as well but I don't know what to do or what it was even doing with the beeping but it still won't turn over it just makes a clicking sound. When i hook the battery up all the electronics work but even when the batter is fully charged when i un hook the junmerbox the electronics dont work but the wire tester says it fully charged but dies after a few times trying to start it and seeing letting it sit in the run position to see if it needed time to calibrat befor starting
