Excessive heat from engine compartment when running

every vehicle i have stood close to in the last month has been HOT,VERY! BUT it has been close to or over 100 here for a while now,and going to get cold front tomorrow,only 93 degrees! i just left a 3 bay shop at 3:30,it was 105 in there,4 people working since 6am. i do see where you all are it's 10 degrees cooler than us,but still hot! if the car is not running hot(over heating) i wouldn't worry to much about it. but that's just me..
