What is your question?
I bought my car last August brand new with 21 miles. I do drive a lot and I already have almost 21,000 miles on it. However, my oil maintenance light has never came on. I asked the dealership at my oil change which was at 11,000 miles. (They said I could go to 10,000 but I got to 11,000 & figured something wasn't right) I asked the dealership why they said they didn't know but they reset it & it should work this time. Well almost 11,000 miles again it never has came on and I'm past due for a change. However, when I do start my engine the oil light does come on for a few seconds then go off. What should I make my dealership do to remedy the situation because I bought a brand new car and I should get a brand new car where all of it works.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Oil change light never comes on
How long has your 2019 Ford Fiesta had this problem?
Since I drove off the dealership lot

Ever see an *amber colored wrench* appear and stay on in the tachometer - left side of dash cluster? .. That’s the oil change reminder light. The actual *oil light* should always be off with engine on.
IF the reminder light simply is not working - tell the dealer to fix it - @ no charge. Contact Ford Motor Company if necessary.
Actually that's what I was referring to the wrench light. Sorry I'm not a mechanic although I did work with my brothers in the garage for years when I was a child however now with the newer cars I'm just a parts girl I just work at autozone. Lol
Thank you very much! I will asap
