What is your question?
I have a 2012 Ford Fiesta with a standard shift transmission. I was on my way to the store and the clutch seemed a little spongy when I depressed it. On the way home, the car became hard to shift and right before I got home, it was almost impossible to get it into 1st gear. After the car was turned off, it would easily shift into all the gears. I have not seen any signs of leaking fluids either under the car or around the master cylinder. I have not tried until just now. I turned the car on and it seems to shift into all gears just fine, but I did not try driving it, just did this in the drive.

Check clutch master cylinder fluid level ! Has a tendency to get low over time - without obvious leakage.
