My radio will say welcome welcome to ford when I power it on but I do not get tunor button that says radio does not work CD player says reading CD but will not read the CD..The Satelitte radio button says no Satelite radio available the Aux button does not do anything..The Menu button works no sound comes out of my speakers I have a 2012 Ford fiesta SE could you tell me what may be my problem?
