This could be a bad purge valve or wiring going to it. First check the connector and make sure it's in good condition and making a good contact. You can also feel the solenoid while the engine is running and see if it's making a clicking noise. If it never does then it could be faulty. Try depressing gas pedal and HOLDING it to floor while cranking engine. IF engine starts - recommend driving to local auto repair facility.
