FUEL PRESSURE ISSUE

What is your question?

On the fuel pressure I have the REGULATOR UPGRADE KIT INTALLED.AND DON'T HAVE 68 LBS OF PRESSURE. ONLY 40 TO 45 LBS

Assuming you installed the regulator correctly the most common cause of low fuel pressure on this powerstroke is the Fuel pump assembly mounted on the frame rail. There should be some testing performed to determine this though. You want to address this as soon as possible. Low pressure and volume will kill injectors. Brin
