What is your question?
this is my first alignment and the shop says these items have to be installed, to be able to do a complete alignment

There is no specific cut and dried answer here - only after *hands-on* inspection can the required parts be determined.. Any worn steering or suspension components that will negatively affect alignment must be replaced - no way to know what those components are with the required inspection..
Sounds like you might be speaking of cams to be installed for camber and caster adjustment. It might be necessary, but it could also be that your camber and caster settings are "reasonable" enough to allow to stay where they are, and that adjusting the toe will prevent most abnormal tire wear. If your camber is significantly off for some reason, or your caster is so far off (more than one degree) that you have a pull to the more negative side, then it might benefit you to have the cams installed.
You really should address the alignment personnel and get the exact details - then we can give you a more beneficial answer.. It ‘could be’ a lot of things. You can always seek another *hands-on* opinion from another alignment shop. Good luck!
