What is your question?
I have a 1993 f250. I swapped a 1996 351w out of an f150. And it doesn’t run right. It’s acting like it’s getting to much fuel or an injector is stuck open
What makes this problem better or worse?
To get it to run good you have to rev it for like 20 minutes
How long has your 1993 Ford F-250 had this problem?
About a week after the engine swap

Don’t have access to interchange listings but 1996 went to OBD2 diagnostics. You really need to find the documented interchange information like from local salvage dealer.. Perhaps a F-150 online forum will help.
Mechanically both engines should be same - including injectors.. I’d swap out ‘ALL’ sensors from original engine. Do you know for sure this engine was indeed performing correctly before hand - while it was in the 96 F-150 ?
