The window motor needs to be replaced, the plastic drive gear has 3 "gear plugs" that have deteriorated,, these can be purchased on ebay and the motor repaired... however the motor assembly is only about $40.00 and is best to just replace it... now if this makes no sense to you... have this work done to fix your window!!!
