What is your question?
Went to unlock my car with the key fob and it didnt unlock. Thinking that my battery in my key fob was dead. However when I opened the door I heard a clicking noise coming from the steering wheel. Put my key in to start it and the clicking noise went away. I go to turn it back off, and my clicking comes back. No lights or anything like that comes on. Checked all battery cables and where all tight and good condition. All lights where off. Could it be my battery, starter, ignition cylinder, or something else? Any sense of direction to head in, would be much appreciated. Everything worked fine the day before without any signs of issues.

IF battery charger is available - re-charge battery - - *following correct procedures*.... *Same for attempting jump start*.. Possible failed battery - recharging or jump start recommended.
Disregard any unusual electrical issues until battery is known to be fully charged.. Then go from there - IF necessary.
