Driver side and passenger side electric windows and door looks will not operate

Yes fuses check good, have 13 volts in 2 different wiring plugs connected to driver side switch box, third wiring plug has no voltage in any pins. Have no wiring diagram for system or truck. One fuse that I found looks like a fuse link had about 3 mill-meters when check with the multimeter
