ABS reset

What is your question?

Abs light came on, dealer service department said both electrical and hydraulic module needed to be replaced. Now they can’t get it to communicate with my vehicle. Sent to a Ford dealership. Now they say they need all sets of keys for the truck to obtain necessary codes to program modules...is this true. I’m beyond Frustrated it has been in the shop for 6 days.
